Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer Salary: £50,000 Location: Manchester Contract: Permanent  Benefits Hybrid working Birthday leave Biannual pay reviews Health plan Flexible working hours Pension and salary sacrificeAbout the Role Conduct site surveys, commissioning, and testing as required  Prepare cost plans, tender documents, contract arrangements and estimate budgets. Review and verify design work, including that completed by Engineers and Assistant Engineers ensuring that these comply with regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal and external design team members as part of a multidisciplinary team. Maintain detailed project documentation, including calculation files and correspondence. Interpret client requirements and statutory obligations to design comprehensive building services.About you Member of CIBSE or equivalent. Competent with software such as Hevacomp, MEPworx or IES. 5+ years’ experience within building services.Desirable Degree or Chartership CENG or equivalent. Ability to write reports and conduct condition reports.
