This Building Services Management Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis on a data centre project in Amsterdam.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

• Supervise Sub-Contractors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• The Mechanical Supervisor will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to quality standards.
• Lead toolbox talks
• The Mechanical Supervisor will monitor and perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mechanical equipment.
• Engaging with the Supply Chain and support the contractor delivery and commissioning process.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND OF THE MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

• The Mechanical Supervisor will have demonstrated experience in a similar role within building services
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour in a multi-trade environment.
• The Mechanical Supervisor will be mechanically qualified with SSSTS or SMSTS.
• 2-5 years within a Mechanical Supervisor role
• Must have experiance on big piping projects.
