Senior Software Engineer

Python - Cloud

Client of ours is building an enterprise software development platform, and a suite of applications in the Health industry supporting patients.

The Role

Direct skill needed

• Experience in a strongly typed back-end language such as Python
• Experience in databases, either structured or unstructured
• Python, cloud based computing, Data warehouse, Analytics
• Extensive experience building API's, Fast API, Restful API.
• Experience with AWS is a must.

Experience valued

• experience of various aspects of quality such as testing, documentation, and demonstrate a bias towards ownership.
• The candidate should demonstrate their commitment to software quality, and ideally demonstrate their experience in improving quality of an existing product
• The candidate should have experience working in a large enterprise code base.
• The candidate should have strong communication skills. The team is multicultural with a wide breadth of experience, so they must be able to work well in a team.
• The candidate should have experience, and/or be interested, in working in a startup environment, with unclear and changing goals and immature processes.
• Reporting and tooling, building reports, working with complex data

Nice to have

• C++ experience.
