Mechanical Supervisor

Streamline Services are partnered with a family ran mechanical contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager on a freelance basis. This is an 18-week scheme with the potential for further projects down the line once this site is completed. On this site there will be a Mechanical Project Manager who you will be reporting into as you will be involved in purely the delivery of the scheme as the procurement, finances and programme has been completed by the site lead. The ideal candidate will have good experience within commercial & university fit - outs with a solid background of leading sub - contractors of ductwork and pipework packages on fast paced projects. Key responsibilities include * Supervising and coordinating the installation of exposed pipework * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations * Managing a team of skilled tradespeople * SSSTS card * Toolbox Talks * Liaising with project managers and other stakeholders * Conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality control Please apply if the role is something that you could be interested in please apply for more details
