Job Title: BI Engineer Location: Norwich (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week) Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you a skilled BI Engineer with a passion for data-driven solutions? Our client is seeking an experienced BI Engineer to join their dynamic team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Azure, looking to take the next step in their career. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work remotely for three days per week and collaborate on-site for the other two. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes in SQL. Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to provide key insights for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability in Azure-based environments. Continuously optimise and improve data processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BI Engineer or related role. Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and Azure. Proven expertise in developing and managing ETL processes. Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and database management. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer: Competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum.
