Industrial Combustion Service Engineer Birmingham / West Midlands area. Salary up to £50,000 Competitive Door to Door Basic salary plus Company vehicle and other benefits My client specialises in mechanical and industrial engineering which encompasses a vast range of services to the public and private sectors, especially within the Industrial boiler and burner sector and they are looking for a diligent Industrial Combustion Service Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and support, on a vast range of combustion equipment and plant. Industrial Combustion Service Engineer responsibilities Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of boilerplant on customer sites Responding to customer call-outs including participation in the out of hour's rota system Evaluating and resolving technical problems Fault finding, diagnosis and repair Installing, commissioning and servicing of combustion, process and boiler plant Testing and monitoring the performance of equipment and plant Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests, including the completion of relevant paperwork After sales; providing customers with upgrade and energy saving options Developing and maintaining relationships with customers Offering feedback on future product development, features and functions Some minor business development/sales responsibilities Ensuring compliance with the companies health and safety, quality and environmental proceduresFor this industrial combustion service engineer you must hold Gas qualifications; COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1 and CORT1 For this role it is essential A strong proven engineering background within the combustion industry/boilerhouse maintenance Field based service engineer experience Previous experience of working to health and safety requirements Previous experience with manufacturer products including Nu-way, Hamworthy, Saacke, Weishaupt Dunphy industrial package burners etc. Knowledge of steam, hot water and thermal oil boiler plant and digital combustion controlIf you are interested in exploring this Industrial Combustion Service Engineer role then please call Jo to discuss in more detail or forward your CV to apply.
