Be part of a dynamic team working on the most exciting projects in sustainable energy The Opportunity: We are seeking a driven junior engineer eager to expand their knowledge and fast-track their career in the renewable energy sector. This role offers incredible opportunities for professional development and specialization in cutting-edge areas like electrolysis, solar photovoltaic, wind energy, and energy storage. Key Responsibilities: Innovate and Design: Assist in the design and development of state-of-the-art green hydrogen energy systems. Analyze and Assess: Conduct performance analyses and feasibility studies for groundbreaking green hydrogen projects. Collaborate and Execute: Work alongside senior engineers to effectively plan and execute project tasks. Document and Report: Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports that drive project success. Research and Develop: Engage in exciting research and development activities to push the boundaries of technology. Ensure Compliance: Help ensure all projects meet legal, safety, and environmental regulations. Engage with Stakeholders: Liaise with vendors, clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration. Skills and Knowledge: Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant engineering field. Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of renewable energy technologies and current industry trends. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with energy modeling software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Bonus points for coding knowledge in VBA and Microsoft Project Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles, including risk management and safety compliance. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Eagerness to Learn: A passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in renewable technologies. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, with relevant fields including Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines. Familiarity with renewable energy systems (hydrogen, solar, wind, hydro, etc.) is a plus.
