Full lifecycle experience of an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation(s), including 1 or more of the following Oracle HCM modules/skill areas: Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management, Learning Management Demonstrable experience in Requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, Solution design; and functional configuration, HCM process design, Leading workshop design and delivery But we also welcome industry experts with robust Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
