Simon Acres Group is proud to represent a well-established plumbers merchant in search of a creative and motivated Bathroom Sales Designer. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with some experience in bathroom design and sales, or graduates looking to take their first step into the industry. The company is known for delivering exceptional service to both trade professionals and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design tailored bathroom layouts using CAD software to help customers visualise their projects.
• Engage with both trade professionals and retail customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment in the showroom.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of products and keep up with industry trends.
• Contribute to sales growth by proactively generating leads and supporting promotional efforts.

Requirements:

• Some experience in bathroom design and sales, or a relevant degree.
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating is a plus, but full training will be provided.
• A proactive attitude and a drive to exceed sales targets and bring in new business.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
