They therefore have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to join their management team, playing a crucial role in their continued growth, responsible for all aspects of financial operations. As a Finance Manager… You’ll be responsible for running all financial aspects of their operations including: • Financial Leadership • Budgeting & Forecasting • Project Financial Management • Risk Management • Compliance & Reporting • Stakeholder Management • Team Leadership • Process Enhancement Requirements: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA qualifications Leadership skills: proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Lead month end close audits. Ability to build and maintain strong financial management within a business. Construction industry knowledge Communication and analytical skills Technical skills: financial control, auditing, forecasting and reporting.
