Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage mechanical projects, with a focus on retrofit school projects. * Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, specifically with retrofit school projects. * Strong knowledge of mechanical building services. * Excellent leadership and project management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Full UK driving licence.
