Job Description Join our team as we seek Mechanical and Thermal Engineers to work on the propulsion systems for cutting-edge satellites. You will be pivotal in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of our space missions. See below for the disciplines we are currently hiring for Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Analysis: * Conduct stress analysis (static and dynamic) using tools such as FEMAP, Hypermesh, and NASTRAN. * Engage in engineering activities for both Product/HW and System level analysis. * Develop and analyze methods and tools to enhance engineering activities. Mechanical and Thermal Engineering: * Oversee Mechanical and Thermal Architecture design and implementation, serving as a team lead when required. * Conduct thermal analysis using Systema Termika and ensure thermal performance meets specifications. * Monitor product technical specifications and ensure Detail Design Technical Consistencies. Project Management: * Manage projects within the space sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical requirements. * Collaborate with suppliers and ensure follow-up on technical issues. CAD and Design: * Perform CAD activities using CATIA V5, 3DX, and GD&T, focusing on both mechanical and electrical backgrounds across various phases (A, B, C). * Ensure design relevance and functionality, facilitating electrical system integration with mechanical components. Qualifications Key Skills: * Experience in mechanical engineering with a strong background in the space industry. * Proficiency in stress and thermal analysis methods. * Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, GD&T) and structural design. * Strong project management and collaboration skills in co-engineering projects.
