Lead Software Engineer

Role - Software Engineering Technical Lead Salary - £110k Location - London (onsite x2 per week) We are a growing agency working with major global sports organizations to deliver innovative digital solutions through data and technology. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our London office and drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital products. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical scope for global sports projects. Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Set up software frameworks for automation, release management, and code quality. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams. Stay hands-on in early project stages and offer technical expertise to clients. Hybrid working (2 days per week in London office) with occasional client site visits in EMEA. Requirements: Experience working with .Net technologies Experience working with C# 7+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture. Expertise in modern programming languages, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and core digital technologies (CMS, CRM, data warehousing). Nice to Have: Interest in the sports industry.
