The Project: - £15M new-build residential complex - Energy centre + three high-rise blocks - Full mechanical, HVAC, and public health installation - 18-24 months remaining duration What You'll Do: - Lead site managers and supervisors - Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery - Oversee mechanical installations - Administer project contracts What You Need: - 5+ years in project management - SMSTS and CSCS qualifications - Proven residential mechanical project lead experience - Strong leadership and technical skills What's On Offer: - Salary: £85,000 per annum - Comprehensive benefits: Healthcare, pension, death in service - Possible car allowance/travel benefits - Or £475/day for CIS contractors Work-Life Balance: - Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:30 - 16:30 - Project Location: East London This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established company with over a century of excellence in the industry.
