Storm Associates Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centre Project (Manchester) We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a data centre project in Manchester. Details: * Location: Manchester * Project: Data Centre * Pay Rate: £350 per day * Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break deducted) * Duration: Temporary position (exact length TBC) Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all mechanical installations on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines * Coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials, and monitor progress to ensure smooth project delivery * Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed * Provide regular reports to the project team and resolve any on-site issues * Oversee quality control and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget Requirements: * Black CSCS Card (essential) * First Aid certification (essential) * Proven experience managing mechanical projects, ideally in data centres or similar environments * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Please call Lauren (phone number removed)
