Due to their boutique nature they champion an enjoyable work place, whilst you also work from home 2-3 days a week.
The CDM Principal Designer Role
As a CDM Principal Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across the Residential, Commercial, and Education sectors. Working with a national company that focuses on local projects, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in your community while engaging in a variety of stimulating projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advisory: Provide confident and effective advice to clients, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations across various sectors.
- Principal Designer Role: Autonomously act as a Principal Designer, while collaborating within the team to support seamless project delivery.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, mitigating risks and enhancing safety standards.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferable), Degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferable)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM roles.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
