Head of Engineering Location: Fully remote within the UK, expectations to visit London office every 6 months. Salary: £100,000 - £115,000 + Share scheme We are currently partnered with an accelerating startup company who are looking for a Head of Engineering to help set out their technical strategy and deliver a positive impact to the environment. You will establish Agile and TDD environments to foster continuous innovation while maintaining team health and culture. It is also crucial that you are happy to remain hands-on in a start-up setting, driving architecture and tackling complex technical challenges within the engineering team. Oversee the daily engineering operation, ensuring alignment across all functions in tech. Coach & mentor the engineering team.
