Essential Experience
- Maintenance experience on production equipment (or similar).
- We are happy to train up a mechanical engineer who wants to become more multi-skilled or want to develop their electrical engineering skills
- Ideally multi-skilled engineer / electro-mechanical engineer (but we are happy to train and develop a maintenance engineer as mentioned above)
- Pro-active and with a positive attitude this company has a very friendly can do attitude.
- The kit is good. They are making small components for medical and aerospace. So it s NOT massive industrial kit bit more finesse/small intricate equipment which is high speed. So very clean shop floor.
- Good bit of overtime available if you like (time and a half) but really this is a job that is great for family balance overtime is NOT expected. No on call. No shifts. Really good for balance
- Quite a bit of pneumatics stuff on the sites so any experience of that handy. As would experience of high speed electro-mechanical equipment
