CNC Programmer

CNC Miller Location: Birmingham, West Midlands. Hours: 9pm - 7am Monday - Thursday. Night Shift only. Salary: £15 - £16 p/h DOE. I am pleased to be recruiting for a full-time CNC Miller to join a local prestigious client in the West Midlands on their night shift. As a CNC Miller you would be predominantly involved in the manufacture of Plastic Injection moulding tools in addition to other items such as Jigs and Fixtures within a tool room environment. The Ideal Candidate: Experience of programming CNC Millers (ideally Hurco and Mikron machines). Experience of working in a tool room environment within a CNC Section team. Working to set deadlines. Experience of new tooling from engineering drawings. Ability to carry out daily maintenance and upkeep of machinery. Proven ability to liaise across departments including toolmakers and design engineers. Has worked in an environment that has an emphasis on 5S and Health and Safety.
