Mechanical Shift Engineer St Pauls, City of London £48,000 This is a fantastic role for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a high end commercial property located near St Pauls. You will be provided valuable exposure to a trophy contract, work in a state of the art commercial property, offered the opportunities to progress internally, additional training and join one of the largest Building Service Providers in the UK. This role will follow a continental shift pattern (Days and Nights), on a large commercial property, undergo PPM and Reactive maintenance on primarily mechanical equipment, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to. To be successful for this role, you will need to fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance and possess experience in a client facing role. Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance. Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation. Carry out isolation of plants and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors. Completing logbooks and RAMS. Reports. Permits to work. Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
