Title: Engineering Manager
Salary: £120,000-£140,000 + benefits

Omnis has recently partnered with a Series-A, sustainability start-up based 3 days-a-week in their London office.
We're hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of Software Engineers as they build out a best-in-class sustainability platform.
The successful candidate will be an engineering leader with a proven career in software engineering (building and operating) alongside building and coaching high-performing teams.
About the Role
Our client builds systems for sustainability reporting, enabling the union of various data points to create actionable insights for large organisations globally. This is an exciting mix of full-stack software engineering, backend systems engineering, data engineering and data science.
In this role, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for day-to-day technology execution, product delivery, and focus on delivering innovative product improvements.
This role will also interface with the leadership team on long-term strategy, helping engineers across the organization solve problems, and delivering excellent solutions for our customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple software teams in a startup environment.
- A strong customer focus, experience working closely with Product Managers/Designers to define products, manage trade-offs, and drive adoption with customers
- Experience building and operating software hosted in a cloud environment
- Experiencing hiring and coaching Engineers.
