First Line Deskside Support Engineer – Contract Opportunity in Crewe! Absolute Recruitment is excited to be looking for an experienced First Line Deskside Support Engineer to join a friendly and dynamic team on-site with one of our multinational clients based in Crewe. This is a 3-4 month contract with the chance to make a real impact as the client settles into their brand-new offices. You’ll be part of a warm and welcoming environment, working with leading-edge technologies, and helping the team get off to a great start in their new space. There’s a strong focus on communication and customer service, so if you love working with people and tech, this could be the perfect fit for you! Key Responsibilities: * Respond to Service Desk tickets via phone, email, or face-to-face * Daily communication with clients * Assist with PC rollouts, desk setups, and meeting room technology * Maintain client-specific documentation * Identify and suggest improvements What We’re Looking For: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * A team player who’s self-motivated and improvement-minded * At least 1 year of experience in a similar role * Strong PC troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of MS Teams and conferencing solutions Perks: * Standard hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of an early finish on Fridays! * Salary: £30-35k per annum (pro-rata based on experience) * A great opportunity to work in a supportive team and expand your skills * Potential for the role to be extended, though not guaranteed If this sounds like a great fit for you, we’d love to hear from you!
