Engineering Manager Aldermaston Berkshire Position type: Contract outside IR35 Hybrid working arrangement An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager has arisen onsite with one of our clients an MOD research facility. Successful applicants will have experience working in a nuclear or similar industrial facilities delivering integrated facility designs, with appropriate safety documentation. Engineering Manager - Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivery in terms of quality, meeting requirements, safety, value for money and schedule. Ensure that the Engineering Requirements are suitable & appropriate. Assess the suitability of engineering design resources to execute facility design. Lead, drive, communicate and deliver Facility Designs, with due regard to safety, quality, schedule, cost effectiveness and lifetime value for money. Engineering Manager - Required Experience & Qualifications Strong background in an EC&I/Mechanical facilities engineering background. Manufacturing lifecycle design experience. Project/process management & engineering management experience. Stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Kanban, mechanical interlocks, gloveboxes. Be eligible to obtain DV level Security Clearance..
