Electrical Engineer

Electrical Maintenance & Testing Experience Engineer Bristol and surrounding area required.

Due to company expansion, we have a new and exciting opportunity for someone to join our team working as an Electrical Testing and Maintenance Engineer.

The Role:

• We are currently seeking a professional Electrical Testing and Maintenance Engineer to join our team who has knowledge, skills and experience in Testing, Inspection and Maintenance of electrical systems.

Successful Candidate:

• The successful candidate will have previous experience in Maintaining a variety of different electrical systems with a strong background in working on commercial sites and an up-to-date knowledge of the current regulations while holding the relevant certification
• 2391 qualification desirable or a willingness to gain the qualification at a later date
• Experience in the commercial sector on testing, maintaining and fault finding on electrical systems would be advantageous as the successful candidate will be expected to be able to install, maintain, fault find and test as necessary
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7am-5pm, 1 hour for lunch

Benefits & Salary:

• Salary negotiable dependant on qualifications and experience with a 6 month review
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, 1 extra day accrued for every year worked capped at 25 days
• KPI bonus scheme by hitting targets, increasing your monthly pay
• Overtime outside of 7am-5pm schedule is paid at time and a half, and double time for night shifts and weekends
• An additional £40 per evening working away from home
• Any overnight stays the company pays for accommodation
• Out of hours callouts £50 plus double rate door to door pay
