Offering a PAYE contract initially until December 2025 with further extensions likely.
Hours:
7:30 am to 4:15 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 7:30 am to 11:30 am (Fridays)
PAYE Pay:
Ranging from 15.76- 16.77p/h depending on experience and up to 33 days paid annual leave.
Overtime is paid at x1.5, with Sundays offering double time.
Rates are also due to increase inline with annual increases.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have an apprenticeship or equivalent training, however experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in CNC operations
Prior experience in the aerospace sector or other highly regulated industry would be beneficial but not essential
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand SPC data collection for result recording
Familiarity with measuring equipment such as Vernier, micrometer plug gauges, and screw plug gauges
We are happy to consider Millers, Turners, Grinders and Manual machinists.
The site operates a range of Machines including Mori Seiki, Fanuc Robodrill, and Matsuura equipment. CNC Lathes / Mill Turns, Conquest HT42, and Alpha machinery.
Candidates must possess eligibility to live and work in the UK, while adhering to ITAR restrictions.
