Graduate Sales Engineer

Graduate Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer required to join a leading engineering manufacturer and supplier of fluid power / Power transmission technology. The successful Graduate Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer shall assist in providing technical sales support, proposals, quotations, and order handling of various Hydraulic and Pneumatic products such as Couplings, Gearboxes, Pumps, Flanges, Seals, Motors, Power Transmission and similar Fluid Power / mechanical engineering equipment. The Graduate Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer will ideally have a degree in mechanical degree, electro-mechanical degree and an interest in a sales career. Full product training is provided. Package £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience Bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Phone, laptop & additional company benefits Graduate Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer Role Assist in giving technical advice and guidance on correct Hydraulic and Pneumatic products such as Couplings, Gearboxes, Pumps, Flanges, Seals, Motors, Power Transmission and similar Fluid Power / mechanical engineering equipment. Help highlight the right product selection as per customers needs. Support the team working OEM customers. Generate & provide quotations & proposals for Hydraulic and Pneumatic products such as Couplings, Gearboxes, Pumps, Flanges, Seals, Motors, Power Transmission and similar Fluid Power / mechanical engineering equipment. Interpretation of detailed technical specifications, drawings and hydraulic circuits to ensure that offered products and solutions meet the required technical requirements. Carry out contractual review and preparation of formal quotations against customer requirements. Provide technical sales support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services - e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc. Offer customers advice on pump systems & components. Liaise with various engineering departments. Graduate Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer Requirements Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable Fluid Power and Power Transmission. Confidence speaking with OEM customers. Technical aptitude and / or understanding of engineering components. Full product training provided. Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Support Engineer, Account Manager, Technical Sales Support, Technical Sales Engineer or similar. Service Engineers with Fluid power / Power Transmission experiencelooking to come off the tools would also be of interest. A technical qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous. Knowledge of ERP Systems e.g. SAP. Willing to commute to Warrington. TPBN1_UKTJ
