You might not be right for the role, yet but we are always looking for talented people!Our Recruitment process: We will be inviting candidates to come onsite for Face to face competency-based interviews.An introduction to the roleJoin our team and embark on the exciting role of overseeing various projects, from conception to fruition.Work closely with our Capital Projects Manager to strategise and implement capital investments. Your main objective will be to ensure that the allocation of Weetabix Capital funds aligns seamlessly with our business strategy and specific requirements. Thoroughly review project objectives and establish the complete scope of work, ensuring compliance with all necessary specifications for tender submission. Facilitate a fair tender process for the project proposal, taking ownership of the terms and conditions and skillfully navigating contract negotiations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate budget and timeline, ensuring seamless project implementation. Proficiently manage project risks, including schedule conflict resolution and proactive mitigation. Assess and approve RAMS, and conduct the essential training for onsite work management, including issuing work permits and overseeing high-risk activities to meet legal requirements and Weetabix policies. Efficiently conclude the project, summarising post-completion benefits and accomplishments, obtaining necessary approvals to adhere to UK legislation. RequirementsThe Key ingredients for success!Qualifications are not always the be-all and end-all and we really value your wealth of experience, however for some roles that are governed by legislation we will ask for specific qualifications and achievements. Must havesQualifications: Hold a recognised Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent) Possess appropriate safety qualifications (MSTS, FAAW, and IOSH) Strong alignment to the Weetabix values Always curious to finding new ways to do business! Ability to demonstrate how you keep up to date in your field of expertise.
