Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include - Providing Maintenance support for site facilities and machinery Maximise the up time through TPM schedule and reactive breakdown situations Efficient response to breakdowns ensuring minimum downtime Ordering spare parts through approved suppliers, and raising requisition orders Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives; machine operation, processes, and procedures Ensure that H&S and Quality Management Systems are adhered to To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer, the ideal candidate will - Have a relevant Mechanical engineering qualification Previous experience maintaining production machinery within a manufacturing environment Be experienced with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Have a proactive work ethic and self-motivation to drive continuous improvement On offer for this maintenance engineer vacancy includes - Basic salary of £38 - £40K depending on experience Flexibility around working hours Monday to Friday Paid overtime available, anything above 39hrs per week 33 days annual leave Workplace pension Profit share scheme Growth and career progression opportunitiesASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
