Description
Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems
Implement preventative maintenance measures
Identify and respond to faults and concerns promptly
Improve machinery efficiency and safety
Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Document procedures and keep maintenance records
Support in training junior staff membersProfile
A successful Electrically Bias Shift Engineer should have:
A relevant qualification within Engineering
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and machinery
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Great team working and communication skills
