Static Service Air Conditioner/Chiller Engineer - Upper Heyford - Oxfordshire We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer for our client based in Oxfordshire. As a Static Chiller/Air Conditioner Service Engineer you will maintain and repair equipment for some of the UK’s leading providers of logistics and maintenance services to the static medical industry. You will be involved in the installation, service and repair of static medical trailers. You will be expected to carry out minor repairs from changing locks and light bulbs to major repairs and/or testing of electrical equipment. This position involves you being able to think outside the box and to be able to tackle some of the tasks assigned to you head on, as well as completing any additional task(s) as required. We are also expected to service the static trailer generators, of which you will get training on by an experienced engineer. All tasks must be carried out whilst ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times. This role will be working a contracted 40 hour week, 9 hour shifts (with one hour unpaid lunch per day), working on a rotational pattern 5 consecutive days per week agreed 3 months in advance, with overtime available. You will be expected to work one weekend per month. To be considered for this role you must have: * Engineering qualifications and experience of working in a service engineering role. * F Gas certification * Experience of working with chillers, air conditioning, electrical installations and repairs. * 17th/18th edition and inspection test certificates would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given. * Full UK driving licence. Successful candidates will be required to undergo DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checks
