Forsyth Barnes is seeking an experienced BI Development Specialist on behalf of our client for an exciting opportunity in an established organisation. This role will focus on overseeing the development and management of multiple Synapse environments, supporting UAT phases, and maintaining robust controls around configuration and release management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Synapse environments during go-live and UAT phases, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Establish and maintain controls around configuration and release management to ensure consistency and data integrity.
• Support Report Development and provide oversight on Power BI platform access, managing Active Directory groups for SND, HTD, and NWD.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure successful delivery of BI solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BI Development, with a strong understanding of Synapse and Power BI.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple Synapse environments during go-live and UAT phases.
• Hands-on experience in establishing controls around configuration and release management.
• Strong skills in managing Active Directory groups and platform access permissions.
