About the job - CNC Turner Setter Operator We're looking to take on aCNC Turner Setter Operator totake up an important role in our small twilight shiftteam where just a small group of engineers carry out very important machining projects, looking out for each other on this shift when not many staff are working. Working on the premises of our well-established precision engineering business, your skills and experience as a CNC Turner Setter Operator will be just what were looking for to fulfil an important role in the manufacturing of high quality, premium precision engineered components which are supplied to important customers across the globe. Your duties will include amongst other things Setting up and operating CNC lathe with mill/turn capabilities Understand programs and fault find when needed Checking the accuracy of your work against engineering drawings Keeping your area clean and tidy Plus any associated duties as required. Your job will see you producing precision engineered component parts mostly made from stainless steel. Youll join a small yet already well established and supportive team where youll be welcomed and given all the support you need to settle in and to get up to speed in your new job. This is a busy role which will suit you if you take a pride in your work and you like to produce high quality products that you know will be put to good use.
