What You’ll Be Doing Lead the design, development, and launch of data models and pipelines. Drive data innovation and collaborate across teams to embed data-first strategies in the client's products. Build and mentor a diverse team, helping them thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Ensure the highest standards in data security, governance, and global compliance. What We’re Looking For 4 years of leadership experience in data engineering or analytics. Strong background in cloud-based data technologies (AWS, Databricks, etc.). Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing data teams. Deep expertise in building ETL pipelines and optimising large-scale data systems (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
