Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrician Engineer Location: Based, SW1H 0BD (covering Central London) Contract: 3 Months - Temp to Perm Start Date: 6th November 2024 Pay Rate: PAYE Direct: £17.80 - £20.20 per hour PAYE Umbrella/CIS: £22.28 - £25.29 per hour Annual Equivalent: £37,000 - £42,000 Additional: Company van (business use only, includes fuel card) or Travel Card providedKey Responsibilities: We are hiring a hands-on Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer/Electrician to join our team on the Transport for London contract. This role includes small electrical installations, repairs, and replacements, such as hand dryers, water heaters, lights, sockets, and some non-electrical reactive work. Additionally, you will conduct PPMs and reactive maintenance across Central London. Duties Include: Providing a planned, preventative, and responsive repair service to maintain high facility standards. Performing PPMs, including clamp testing, emergency light testing, fabric checks, and L8. Managing reactive repairs on building services, such as lock changes, door closer replacements, and isolations. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing fault diagnostics where needed. Traveling across London by van or TfL network (expenses for tube travel reimbursed for business use).Requirements: Minimum Level 2 qualification in Electrical Engineering (Level 3 preferred). Proven PPM experience in building maintenance. Experience in both domestic and commercial properties. Health & Safety awareness. Availability for on-call duty (1-in-5 rotation with enhanced pay rates for after-hours and holidays). UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
