Manufacturing Engineer

A major electronics manufacturing company is seeking a manufacturing engineer to join their skilled team in Andover. The successful candidate will coordinate and carry-out engineering activities to ensure the requirements for a product line or product group are met and complied with, in terms of forecasted output, product quality, adherence to specification and on time delivery. The successful Manufacturing Engineer will receive: A salary between 32-40kpa Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-15:30 Biannual Profit Share Scheme Free Parking 4 x Salary Life Assurance Perk Box Subscription Essential Criteria An HNC or HND in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline. A minimum of 2 years working in a relevant manufacturing environment. As the Manufacturing Engineer you will: Assist senior engineers with project tasks, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and mentor junior team members. Provide training for junior engineers, production teams, and operators. Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing quality. Assist in quality investigations, audits, and new product/process introductions
