Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer required in the office! Based Newcastle Salary up to c£45k+car+bonus THE COMPANY/BENEFITS: * Work with a major employer in the industry. * The group continue to expand and grow, opening up opportunities for talented engineers! THE ROLE * Providing technical support to customers, most likely installers and service engineers of air conditioning equipment. * Working from the office, you'll be liaising with the engineers on the phone, via email and over video calls to ensure any technical issue is resolved quickly and successfully. * Predominantly focusing on splits and VRF systems, you'll be able to offer advice and support at install, commissioning and servicing stages. * Supporting field staff as and when required. THE PERSON * This role will suit an Air Conditioning Engineer keen to get off the tools and into an office-based role. * Experience within install, commissioning and/or servicing of air conditioning equipment is required. * Excellent communication & customer skills needed, with a competent use of IT systems, with full training provided. THE PACKAGE A basic salary up to c£45k Company car or allowance will be offered. Approx £2k bonus, based on individual performance. 25 days holiday plus pension and healthcare. THE LOCATION Based in the office near to Newcastle. Ideally you'll be living within a short commute of the office
