Electronics Engineer / Test Development Engineer / Electronics Test Engineer required for a world leading manufacturer based in Glasgow. The successful Electronics Engineer / Test Development Engineer / Electronics Test Engineer will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar electronics product design environment. Package £40,000 - £60,000 DOE Flexible Core Working Hours Hybrid Working – Glasgow (First 3 months office based) Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Free Life Assurance Electronics Engineer / Test Development Engineer / Electronics Test Engineer Role Developing and designing electronics products with focus on the design of test equipment, fixtures and software Working on the compliance side of testing Maintain EMC Testing Safety Working with a multidisciplinary team using skills in electronics and software Debugging electronic and system designs Testing of products in the test house Creating products Creating technical documentation Liaising with manufacturing teams in both the UK and US. Electronics Engineer / Test Development Engineer / Electronics Test Engineer Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an electronics product design environment Experience with various microcontrollers Knowledge and understanding of analogue and digital circuits. Understanding of product design from spec with consideration of DFT and DFM EMC knowledge and experience is a must Good understanding of test automation tools e.g. LabView Commutable to Glasgow
