This position is with a long-standing Technical M&E service provider based in Sutton, specializing in Commercial Building Maintenance. We are seeking a skilled, self-sufficient Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to cover London, Greater London, and the South of England. Candidates most note there is NO door to door or travel paid.
Key Responsibilities:
Emergency lighting testing Power circuit installation Controls and BMS work Fault finding and maintenance inspectionsRequirements:
Level 3 electrician 18th edition 2391 test and inspection Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of building services, including mechanical systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Advantageous to have controls experienceCandidates must pass Home Office Security Vetting (SC) due to some government clients. We're looking for a motivated professional to help drive growth in the commercial market.
