Senior Mechanical Engineer

Define and apply appropriate Geometric, Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to mechanical designs. Define and apply appropriate standards, materials and finishes including managing BOMs.  Your Experience: Background working in a mechanical CAD position within a regulated industry (e.g. automotive, aviation, defence, rail etc.) Strong knowledge of GD&T, BS 8888 guidelines and manufacturing techniques Knowledge of manufacturing techniques  About the Role: Role: Principal Mechanical CAD Engineer Salary: £35,000–£46,000 Plus Bonus & Benefits Location: New Malden, Greater London Area Hybrid working: 2-3 days a week on-site and occasional travel to client site(s)  Key Skills: Mechanical engineering, CAD, Creo, GD&T, BS8888, defence.     Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to British Citizens.
