We are currently representing our client who is world renowned within the building services sector. Our clients pride themselves on upskilling there engineers and providing them with valuable opportunities through internal progression and also the offers of potential training. This is a great role for an Electrical or Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a new contract working in a state of the art commercial property. In this role you will undergo daily ppms and reactive maintenance tasks on M&E equipment. This role follows a shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off 7pm - 7am, nights only.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations or Mechanical related engineering, (C&G / NVQ or equivalent) at least 3 years experience prior in similar roles and the attitude to want to progress further in their career.

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• HVAC systems
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Generators
• UPS Systems
• VAV/VRFs
• Motor, Pumps
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Cooling Towers
• Pumps & Motors

Requirements:

• City and Guilds qualified in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering (C&G / NVQ or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience

Duties and responsibilities:

• £50,000 per annum
• 4 days on 4 days off, Night shift only
