Role Overview:

As a Smart Meter Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of smart meters. You will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure smart meters in residential properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on smart metering systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to smart meter functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and services provided.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in smart meter installation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to various sites.
