Security Engineer

Security Systems Installation Engineer Reading/M4 Corridor Up to £55,000 Responsibilities: Install a variety of enterprise-level security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control systems, and fire alarms. Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure installations meet required standards and specifications. Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed on the operation and maintenance of their security systems. Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including installation reports and inventory management. Stay updated with the latest security technology and systems advancements through continuous professional development and training programs. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies during the performance of duties. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Security Install Engineer or in a similar role within the security industry. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with various security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. Relevant certifications in security systems engineering or electronics (e.g., NSI, FIA, or equivalent) are highly desirable. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
