Emergency Lighting Engineer / Electrician – Surrey & Surrounding Areas We are a well-established, Surrey-based company with a strong reputation for delivering quality service, and we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Emergency Lighting Engineer/Electrician to join our team. This role focuses on reactive maintenance across commercial properties, ensuring the safety and reliability of landlord’s communal emergency lighting systems. Key Responsibilities: * Perform emergency lighting maintenance and repairs in commercial buildings. * Conduct inspections and troubleshoot lighting systems to ensure they meet safety standards. * Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. * Maintain a high standard of work in line with 18th Edition and UK electrical regulations. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience with emergency lighting systems. * Fully qualified 18th Edition Electrician with strong technical skills. * A valid Full UK Driving License. * A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent attention to detail.
