Deployment Engineer – 3 – week contract - Birmingham My client is looking for a Deployment Engineer that will be responsible for their device rollout: Intune for deployments. The successful candidate will be personable and able to do 1st line triage meaning they would be customer facing. The Deployment Engineer would have experience with Intune, building laptops, contacting users, collecting old kit and rolling out the new laptops to users. The Deployment Engineer will be required to work onsite 5 days a week in Birmingham. Deployment Engineer Requirements Previous experience of working within a Deployment Engineer role Laptop/desktop builds – deployment using Intune Rolling out devices to users Asset tagging new devices (laptops/desktops) Windows 11 upgrade Collections and shipping out of laptops. Windows 10/11 – Administration & Support Strong EUC (End User Compute) background Operating system deployment using SCCM. Strong user engagement skills – you would communicating/helping many end users. Excellent Diagnostic and resolution skills This Deployment Engineer will be required to work onsite 5 days a week in Birmingham.
