Automation Engineer

JOB – Automation Engineer LOCATION – Buckinghamshire TERM – Permanent SALARY – competitive depending on experience. A Buckinghamshire based automation company are looking for an Automation Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.   The Automation Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: HND or equivalent electrical/ automation engineering qualification or relevant discipline. Previous experience in an automation environment – maintenance, fault finding, testing etc. Good PLC understanding & programming experience – Ladder logic, Structured text etc. Previous experience & understanding of motion controllers & industrial automation applications. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.  The Automation Engineer’s responsibilities will include: Providing product support to other departments & teams. Giving your technical knowledge & answering queries. Fault finding & trouble shooting.
