As we approach the 30th anniversary of the brand, our visual identity has never been more important.


Working closely with our Director of Brand & Communications and our Head of Creative, you'll be required as part of this unique opportunity to produce exceptional, standout designs across all internally generated creative materials and output – on and offline.


As a Graphic Designer you will:


  • From print to digital, you'll be the driving force behind our graphic asset’s designs, supporting all brand projects as well as other teams, both in still and animated form
  • Manage all aspects of the graphic design process, from original concept design to final designs ready for delivery
  • Oversee and manage the production of all internally generated creative materials
  • Run the graphics team as in-house studio including overseeing status of projects, reporting and timelines
  • Create impactful designs, which work across a variety of media – packaging, windows, point of sale, promotional campaigns, logos, brochures, leaflets, direct mail, press packs, advertising, socials in- house communication & email invites etc.
  • Produce concept/image boards and presentation material in line with brand image for consideration and sign-off
  • Propose and implement new, innovative production and printing designs and techniques
  • Co-ordinate the work of external suppliers e.g. printers, agencies etc
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, Visual Merchandising and Press/Marketing teams on all company creative output
  • Be the guardian of our brand's identity, ensuring all our assets are in line with our Brand Guidelines (to be maintained by you), ensuring consistency across all touchpoints


What you'll need:


  • A Graphic Design qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury market
  • Creative vision and concept development skills
  • Awareness of current creative trends and innovations - Interest in luxury lifestyle brands
  • A genuine curiosity for the brand & the wider market
  • Excited by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
