Position:Field Service Engineer Location:Lisburn Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum Exciting Opportunity: Field Service Engineer in Lisburn! About Our Client: Our client, a reputable company based in Lisburn, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. This role involves providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for customers' equipment and machinery on-site, ensuring efficient operation and high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance to optimize equipment performance. Provide on-site training and technical support to customers on the correct use and maintenance of equipment. Document service activities, including maintenance records, reports, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the internal support team to resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
