This job listing is for an FM (Facilities Management) Electrical Manager in a hospital setting, located in Central London. It offers a salary between £70,000 - £75,000 and seeks an individual with experience managing Hard FM Services and maintaining Electrical Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Manage an electrical team to provide round-the-clock service (24/7/365), ensuring both patient safety and an excellent environment for staff.
- Operations Oversight: Maintain operations of services for a hospital that caters for outpatients per day and includes departments such as A&E, maternity, NICU, oncology, and general surgery.
- Contract Management: Oversee the management, delivery, and quality control of the electrical Services contract, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Financial Accountability: Handle financial forecasting, reporting, cost management, and profit analysis.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Customer Relationships: Build and manage relationships with the NHS Trust and other key stakeholders, ensuring services meet or exceed expectations.
- Business Development: Drive sales with existing and new customers while ensuring compliance with performance targets.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate business information, lead updates, and performance data in the company CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential:
- Electrical building services qualification.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in team management and interpersonal communication.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Previous experience within the NHS.
- A strong commercial focus with P&L management experience.
