Business Analyst - Developer Experience

In yournew role, you'll work with the Product Owner (PO) for the DeveloperExperience team to analyse and track all public APIs across ourexisting technology partner and our new gateway as we migrate themin a matrixed product engineering organisation, across empoweredsquads.

You'llalso:

• Support theAPI Architect and PO with the documentation and enforcement of APIstandards across the organisation
• Work withbackend feature teams supporting with the understanding of bestpractice and standards for both API design principles anddocumentation in the design phase
• Utilisespecialist knowledge and experience of business areas, products andsystems to ensure effective and innovative technical solutiondesign
• Identify business impacts which allowstakeholders to make informed decisions and recommendations ofpriority for technology solutions
• Work with ourstaff engineers and architecture function, to ensure your squadsdeliver the highest standards of technical design andimplementation and that our platform is operationallyexcellent

You'll needprevious experience in business analysis roles working in an APIled technology and proven application of business analysis toolsand techniques. You'll have excellent structured analytical skillswith the ability to document complex and vast systems in a logicaland understandablemanner

You'llalso need:

• Strong understanding ofgood practice in the API space across specifications, operationsand design
• Ability to write user stories fordevelopers with clear and testable acceptancecriteria
• High attention to detail includingproven ability to manage multiple, competingpriorities
• Excellent stakeholder managementskills working across the product and engineering organisation witha wide set of teams
• Relevant experience in someof the following areas: Software-as-a-Service (SaaS),Embedded Finance, Banking-as-a-Service(BaaS)
