DevSecOps Engineer Location: Remote 5 months £(Apply online only) per day - Umbrella only Essential Requirements Has created and optimised delivery of pipelines in AzureDevOps, ansible and Bicep or Arm. Has at least 3 years hands on experience of Azure and knows the Azure well architected framework. Can use configuration as code principles including ability to demonstrate bicep skills to provision infrastructure. Leads implementation of Azure DevSecOps in support of eCommerce Web site transformations involving Microsoft .NET, Drupal, ReactJS, Apache Camel, MongoDB, and MySQL. Disseminates best practices for Azure DevOps CI/CD and implementations and automations. Provides CI/CD architecture design and delivery for cloud adoption of: Multiple azure services including Azure Application Gateway v2 with WAF Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB vCore Azure Event Hubs Azure Key Vault Virtual machines Azure networking Has experience with development and developer support. Desirable Requirements Provides subject matter expertise in automated monitoring, logging, and alerting of Azure platform services through adoption of Azure Monitor, Microsoft Sentinel and ServiceNow. Aligns work activities with platform architects and security architects to ensure application of necessary security policies, settings, and configurations for managing pipelines and deployments. Leads work with Developers and Testers to achieve a "shift-left" of more test automation. Works closely with Site Reliability Engineers to create highly reliable and scalable target architecture. Produces and disseminates CI/CD documentation for TDA meetings and client workshops. Optimises solutions by performing detailed design reviews. Mentors and develops project team members (onshore and offshore). Collaborates with Architects, Engineers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Delivery Teams. Identifies accelerators that can be introduced to assist with the implementation and transformation of Azure cloud native applications. Socialises ideas, makes recommendations, and gathers team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions. Has ability to shift from technical to non-technical discussions seamlessly.
